Dictionary-based phonetic equivalence-class expander. Composite analyzers should also include an 'lts' phonetic analyzer.
DTA::CAB::Analyzer::EqPho::Dict inherits from DTA::CAB::Analyzer::Dict.
$eqc = CLASS_OR_OBJ->new(%args);Constructor. Sets the following default options:
