Constructor. Sets the following default options:

 label       => 'eqrw',
 analyzeGet  => 'map {$_->{hi}} ($_[0]{rw} ? @{$_[0]{rw}} : qw())',
 analyzeSet  => $DICT_SET_FST_EQ,
 eqIdWeight  => 0,
 allowRegex  => '(?:^[[:alpha:]\-]*[[:alpha:]]+$)|(?:^[[:alpha:]]+[[:alpha:]\-]+$)',
